As the great-great grandson of Sgt. Luther Bradish Webb of the 98th New York Infantry, I am a member of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War:  General E.F. Dutton Camp #49 Dept. of Illinois, Sycamore IL.

The Sons of Union Veterans is the oldest active veterans organization in the United States having been chartered in 1881 and again by Act of Congress in 1954.  Our sole purpose is to perpetuate the study of the American Civil War, to honor those who preserved our nation and to maintain and honor their grave sites.

Current Projects:

This is a Modern-Day thriller centered around the forces of Good-Vs-Evil, something along the lines of Indiana Jones!

Septemtber 17th A Soldier's Story:

This is an exciting story that follows the adventures of a Union soldier through the battle of Antietam, September 17, 1862(Americas bloodiest day)

Ghost Walkers:

An intriguing tale of soldier's spirits who appear at Civil War battlefields a century after the battles occured.

Future Projects:

At some point I would like to write a definitive history of The 105th Illinois Volunteer Infantry Regiment. This Regiment is from Sycamore-Dekalb area and was General Sherman's spear-head unit on his March to the Sea in 1864.
